Farm. Feast. Fun. Taste of Innovation is celebrating the Farm to Table movement, in which farmers and local food are promoted, as it continues to gain momentum. Locally produced food tastes better and is healthier for you. We’re celebrating the use of fresh, seasonal food, which dates back to our southern roots and cooking style. Hence the old is now new again. It’s a Food 360.
Two hours of unlimited food and spirits provided by more than 30 of the region’s most creative chefs, restaurants, brewers, baristas, distillers and mixologists with musical entertainment at the legendary Churchill Downs, Millionaire’s Row 4. As a nod to continuing innovation – TOI will be a zero waste taste event where all implements, food and drinkware will be biodegradable and composted.
